With nearly three decades of combined experience in healthcare administration, grants management, and data systems, Jennifer founded Mindful Links Consultants, LLC to bridge the gap between provider care and operational clarity.
As both a strategist and hands-on consultant, she partners with behavioral health professionals, group practices, and community organizations to navigate the credentialing process, maintain compliance, and build sustainable systems for long-term growth.
Driven by a passion for precision and purpose, Jennifer brings together her background in healthcare systems, technology implementation, and process design to help both mission-driven organizations and clinical providers operate with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence.
My Story
Enrolled in the pre-pharmacy program at the local university and gaining experience as a technician at a neighborhood pharmacy, I thought I had it all planned out. But, five years into a college program I didn’t enjoy and working at a job I couldn’t see a fulfilling future with, I pumped the brakes and pivoted to a program better suited for me. Flash forward, the credentials I’ve been able to add to my toolbelt along the way are secondary to the wealth of experience and knowledge I’ve gained over the years.
Now with a daughter just beginning her journey in her professional career in behavioral health, starting Mindful Links Consultants is close to my heart. Partnering with providers and organizations to simplify credentialing and enrollment processes brings my journey beginning in healthcare full circle.
I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to provide support services in various roles across healthcare and philanthropy both linked by a common thread of giving back.
